The paper pattern for Paper 2 (B.Planning) is quite different from paper 1, as this test comprises a few sections that are Planning-related. Here is the detailed paper pattern for JEE Main B.Planning 2024:

The mode of examination for JEE Mains 2024 Paper 2 (B.Planning) is completely online-based or otherwise called computer-based testing (CBT). The students will have to answer the questions on a computer screen.

Sections:

The JEE Mains 2024 paper 2 (B.Planning) question paper will consist of three sections: Mathematics, Aptitude tests, and Planning-Based Objective Type questions. 

Number of Questions:

The total number of questions for JEE Main paper 2 (B.Planning) will be 105 (Mathematics- 30; Aptitude- 50; Planning Based -25). Well, the student must answer 100 (Mathematics- 25; Aptitude- 50; Planning Based-25).  

Type of Questions:

The JEE Main paper 2 (B.Planning) consists of a total of Maths- 20 (MCQs) + 10 (Questions for which the answer is a Numerical Value) + Aptitude- 50 MCQs + Planning Based Objective Type- 25 MCQs. 

Marking Scheme:

Mode of Examination:

The mode of examination for JEE Mains 2024 Paper 2 (B.Arch) is a combination of computer-based testing (CBT) and on-paper (Drawing). The students must answer all MCQs and Numerical value section questions on a computer screen and complete the Drawing portion on paper.

Sections:

The JEE Mains 2024 paper 2 (B.Arch) question paper will consist of three sections – Mathematics, Aptitude tests, and Drawing. 

Number of Questions:

The total number of questions for JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch) will be The total number of questions in this exam will be 82 (Mathematics- 30; Aptitude- 50; Drawing- 2). However, the student must answer 77 (Mathematics- 25; Aptitude- 50; Drawing- 2). 

Type of Questions:

The JEE Main paper 2 (B.Arch) consists of a total of Maths- 20 (MCQs) + 10 (Questions for which the answer is a Numerical Value) + Aptitude- 50 MCQ + Drawing- 2 Questions.
